For improving the quality of education
through application of ICT and for increasing
the institutional efficiency of the teachers
under new system, a quick–win programme
(easily implementable initiatives) program has
been introduced. Under this initiative, with
ICT-enabled Teachers
Training Program
organized under the supervision of Ministry of
Education, Multimedia classrooms (beside
blackboard, there will be a multimedia
projector, a laptop and a sound box in the
classroom) have been established in the primary and secondary schools. Training has
been provided on the use of multimedia classrooms as well as preparing digital
content to around 400 teachers and instructors. Now, they are delivering lectures in the
classroom by preparing digital content themselves.
